Kemco releases a kingdom building RPG hybrid game called Elio onto Android today

Kemco more often than not releases a retro style RPG when a new game lands on Android from their store. Their release today is no different, except it isn’t just a retro RPG.? Instead, their new game Elio is really a hybrid title that features kingdom building, dungeon crawling, and RPG mechanics of course.

In this game players will be placing a number of heroes together before leaving to operate the right path through dungeons to be able to score loot, better gear, and so forth. There’s a storyline to this game too, naturally, since it is an RPG after all. Within this game, the story goes something similar to this: Ruleria is really a world created by the gods. Because the God of the Sun, you awaken to be able to face wicked monsters that have suddenly appeared from nowhere. So the goal would be to rid the realm of these newly appeared monsters.

In the process of trying to accomplish this goal, players may have over 200 different classes of heroes at their disposal when forming their party. Of course you do not have all of these at once. As you town/kingdom grows, you can access more heroes, stronger weapons, collect more Kilari. Party formation is fairly strategic as well, with some classes complimenting other classes, giving a bonus to break, magic, along with other stats/attacks. With respect to the weapon/gear your wearing, your appearance in this game will also change too, which is a nice touch. You will also have the ability to change their physical appearance if you get a new hero you can recruit.

Elio is definitely a little something different from what we should usually see getting released from Kemco. You will need to be sure to expand your kingdom and form the right groups in order to be successful at completing more difficult dungeons. For anyone thinking about snapping up a copy of Elio, now you can achieve this off of Google Play free of charge with optional IAPs being offered too.
